    Replaced the E36

Had this car for a couple weeks now and so far I love it. Well it's not to much of a change from the ZHP, but a huge step up from the beater 328i I was driving in the winters. I will be driving this car all year round instead of just the winter like I was with the 328. I picked it up from Bavarian Select Auto near Harrisburg PA. I have a friend that lives less than 20 minutes from the dealer and was able to check out the car prior to me coming down to pick it up. Couldn't have worked out any better.

    Out with the old..

And in with the new: 04 Mystic Blue Metallic 330xi with a 6-speed!

Had to warm up the ZHP for a bit and wanted to get a pic of the two 330's togeather.

Still waiting on a decent snow so I can have some fun with the awd on the street. Just had a new set of Hakka R's installed last week and today I ordered my Dynavin android nav unit. Over time I plan on doing a black & tan interior. Dash is black and tan rest of the interior is mostly tan. Just want more black. Tints will go on soon and I have a set of wheels that will go on in the fall.

    Thanks for looking.

Congrats on the purchase! I envy mystic cars... Nice surprise to see it was the car right next to the E36.

Nice. It's a great idea to have a car for the winter, IMHO. I wouldn't want to drive my ZHP through all the snow and salt.

    Congrats.

Thanks. I wasn't sure about the color at first. Dealer pics were kinda dull so I did some google searching. After my friend checked it out I put my deposit down and had to wait a couple weeks to use a vocation day to come down and pick it up. First time I saw the car I fell in love with the color. It pops out. Can't wait for the summer when it won't be covered in salt a couple days after a wash.

Thanks you. I actually want to keep the miles down on the ZHP. Having this car I won't have to worry about stacking up miles. I have big plans for the ZHP, I decided that it is the car I want to have for a very long time.

    Congrats on the xi.

That's the same place where Kayger found his car over 2 years ago.

I hated Jamie at that time, lol, mainly because he didn't take my offer. I drove over 200 miles, had my truck with a car trailer behind it and a pocket full of cash. Jamie & I weren't that far apart on price but Jamie didn't want to negotiate so I walked. Two weeks later, it became Keith's baby.

That's funny. That's the shitty part about buying a car so far away. Coast more time and money and you don't always get things to go your way. Last year when I was looking for my ZHP I went to NJ to a dealer that had what was supposed to be a mint car. It was dented up, already starting to rust and interior was quite warn. Whole car was a mess. I know that wasn't the situation with you but we both didn't get our cars lol.

Congrats on the new BMW. The xi is a nice car for upstate NY, especially Buffalo!

Are you going to the reunion in May? If so, we could caravan, as I am in Victor.
