What's the current mileage on your BMW 330 ZHP?

Got down to a point where I actually drove for a few miles with it showing -- (I don't remember if it was dashes or 0) before I found a gas station. Phew, that was a CLOSE call.

Same here. I was shutting off the engine and coasting in neutral to help get me through that last mile before I found a gas station. Filled up something like 16.4 gal

Probably took some life off my fuel pump

Preston got down to "3" on the ZHP during the meet this past weekend. That's fumes.

I don't know how many times I've given him a lecture about not running low on fuel, makes the fuel pump work harder, don't do it. I've even told him to use the "emergency" cc if it dips below 1/4, he can pay me back later, but Mr. Miserly doesn't do it. One day when he's walking along the shoulder of the road carrying a gas can, then he'll get the message. Only so much I can do.
