Got an extra when I bought my TCU on ebay it came with the bracket. Retails for 12 bucks plus shipping. If you are doing OEM bluetooth retrofit (as in this excellent thread) you'll need one.

Be careful on the eBay fog covers. I ordered a pair and they would both latch into place. Seller did refund my money and didn't ask for them to be returned. I'd have to look at the seller's name later.
