Forgot to mention, yes, it is just the diff and diff alone. No other external components or anything.
This should be everything you need here, if you do the "minimal" swap, then you will only need driveshaft, left and right half-shafts, carrier and sway bar. This was the route, i was going to take. When I sourced out just these parts, I was looking at about $750 (carrier, halfshafts, sway bar) - $1000 (everything including driveshaft). So just be prepared, its a project for sure!
