I'd imagine the only way to tell it to remove one and look to see what's stamped on the inside.

I plan on doing that this weekend, so I can clean the wheel wells and inner wheels. So I'll reply back with details once I do that.

    Awesome, thanks Tom.

I plan on doing the same this weekend as well. I have 2 bottles of SONAX so hopefully I can get them looking brand new (minus the curb rash). Saw your post on r/bmw on reddit btw!

I've been considering it, believe me! haha

I was thinking about it last night, I don't want to go to crazy on the mods on this car because I really do wish it was manual. So who knows what the plans will be.

Well, you could just get the SB w/o the panel plate, so (a) it could be easily removed, (b) you could keep it installed but turn it off so it wouldn't be a mod and (c) you could use it on another non-M3 E46 if needed. Just offering other suggestions.

Installed the Orion V2's I got from Chris. They look 10x better then the CCFL AE's I had before, way brighter.

I'm usually not a fan of the slight blue tint of the Orions, but on a black car, the contrast is amazing.
