Sounds like a sarcastic "hm, ok" to me. I didn't even think to check Urban Dictionary when choosing that. I wouldn't want to offend anyone by choosing it if I knew someone made up a definition for it. I'm willing to bet nobody uses that word anyway, so for all we know someone just got bored and submitted something for it.

There is a guy here with plates that say "3THRTY5" So yea, you could pull off 3DrtyI. I don't know how many letters/numbers your allowed though
