Pretty much all I need for the swap. Don't mind the two shifters. One is from a z3. It came with the gearbox.

I must know where you saw this. The 6-speeds are rock solid.
BTW, you don't "need" a dual mass flywheel with the 6-speed. Plenty of folks have done a single mass conversion.

What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

The ZHP is on stands in the garage, and the wheels are at the powder coater. Last night, I pulled the shifter/boot, park brake/boot, and steering wheel and sent a box off to Michael at Coby Wheel.

I've heard horror stories about getting the shift knob off, but mine was cake. The park brake handle was a huge pain in the ass, though. Must have taken me 15 minutes of pulling, rotating, yanking, and cursing. Got it, though.

My nasty dirty steering wheel is going to look so good!

It will be like a totally different car in 10 days or so!

Hopefully today, I'll start pulling out the darn thing! So far so good. I hope the whole project will go as smooth as yesterday. Took me about half a year of researching/hunting for good deals on parts. The 5 speed is a ZF from a Z3.
Wow. Tranny swap on jack stands. Impressive. Good luck. Update your project thread.
