Mine goes in tomorrow morning for oil service and driver's airbag recall. Had passenger's airbag replaced earlier this year.
Just have to stop by Krispy Kreme on the way to the dealer and pick up a couple dozen glazed. The techs LOVE it when I bring the car in for service.

Never received the letter from BMW, but I reached out to my SA at the dealer and sure enough they have the part in stock. So it's going in next week for the airbag replacement.

I never got my second letter from BMW telling me parts are available but that did not stop me from getting new driver's side airbags installed.
Got my ZHP in right now getting a new driver's side airbag and my M3 will soon follow...
I'll be done with this today

My ZHP got done Saturday, now waiting for the phone call for the 530i once they receive the airbag for it.....

Got both BMWs driver's side airbags replaced today per Takata airbag recall. Now only if we could get the ZHPs ZKW headlight assemblies replaced under warranty that would be awesome... we won't be seeing that unfortunately...

Looks like I'll be calling the dealership soon. I'm guessing if one says not ready, it's worth a try calling another?

They already did something for the subframe cracking. I forgot when but I couldn't take advantage of it because one of the requirements was having a stock suspension.And the subframe cracking

"Per the Settlement Agreement, if you own or lease a Class Vehicle with an expired New Car, Certified Pre-Owned or BMW Extended Warranty, you may bring your car into a BMW center NOW, at no charge. Also, you have one year from the effective date of the settlement (deadline: October 8, 2010) to bring your car into a BMW Center for inspection at no charge, and if needed, repairs. No Claim Form, letter or any other document is required to be eligible for this inspection or repair."
At this point I doubt you will get BMW to fully cover the cost of the repairs but you should still try to see whether or not they will pay for part of the repairs... never hurts to ask...
