Guys, I have decided to part with my recently acquired ZHP to get in to a E46 M3. I bought the car from a friend of mine who leased it and bought it at the end of the lease. The car was well cared for and always serviced at the dealership. It has never seen snow and has ZERO rust. No accidents, all original paint and panels...no stories here. Clean Carfax report available. Comes with all manuals and 2 keys.

Miscellaneous Info:
Brakes were upgraded to EBC Performance Slotted/Dimpled Front and Rear Rotors and Performance Pads (miles unknown/receipt not provided)
Michelin Pilot Sport Rear tires have almost 10/32 thread left (see picture).
Battery was replaced with Auto Craft Gel Cell Battery 2 years ago according to the PO (receipt not provided)
Front bumper has scrap marks on the bottom (see picture)
Passenger door has a very small ding (see picture)
Very few minor stone chip on the hood
C-Pillar trim peeling (see picture)
Black Cube Trim has some scratches due to belt buckle movement (mostly on driver side)
Passenger rear quarter window rubber seal is cracked (see picture)
135M's have minor curb rash on couple of them (see picture)
Front Michelin Pilot Sport needs to be replaced. They are just above the wear mark (see picture) and are making noise at low speed.

I have tried to capture all the minor flaws on the vehicle as I like to be completely transparent. Other than the few things mentioned above the car is in near mint condition inside and out.

I had a bad experience personally when I flew to California to pick up a E39 M5 and I came back without the car as the condition of the car was not as advertised. So I know how important it is for that person who is considering purchasing a vehicle from out of state.

I haven't had the car for too long and haven't driven it much but whatever I know about the car I have listed in the ad. Hope that helps.
