What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

Coming a little closer to having a full natural brown interior. Black carpet should be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Hoping to have the dash off and tan carpet pulled before it gets here. While pulling the old door cards off I found an unplugged, dangling speaker. I was thinking about upgrading the speakers while I was in here. Still unsure.

^bavsound help a bit, but not really that much of an improvement. Consider them if you can find a sale. I have one of their door speakers that was really rattling during my drive back from SC yesterday. Not sure if it's blown or perhaps the speaker grille, etc.

I find the speakers pretty good factory compared to what I'm used to. The rear deck rattle is driving me crazy though

Coming from a 98 Malibu, it was a huge improvement and I can't complain. Those speakers would probably sound like they were made out of cardboard now. That's assuming they weren't already.

That's a lot of work and will look awesome when you're done. Someone loves their ZHP.

Got a new cat house in the mail today.


Finished pulling the dash but am having a hard time finding the motivation pull the old carpet out. It is ready but will need to be cut. My back hurts and it's 20° in the garage 🤧
