Haven't been thinking much about driving impressions just yet because I've been more focused on making sure everything is meshing correctly. The solid subframe bushings transmit a LOT of gear whine to the cabin so it's been hard to focus. I will say it is noticeably quicker with the 3.62 final drive ratio. Not crazy quick, but noticeable. Haven't taken it over 50 mph yet because there's a bit of driveline vibration; worried it might be the driveshaft or CSB and don't want to push it too hard... I need to get an alignment too.

I'll try to follow up, maybe in my project thread, with some driving impressions later.

Changed out the front LCAs, FCABs, and adjusted the parking brake yesterday. Surprisingly the original 134k control arms are still good, but the FCABs were completely shot as expected. Ordering front tender springs and the Ground Control rear weight jacks today.

Oh shit, it’s down to $2.23 (38% off) on AliExpress. Let’s see if I still remember ordering it when it shows up in 6 weeks.

Fuel Injectors. I had the smell of gas in the car, so I went ahead and bought some cleaned/refurbished ones from ebay. $95 - $19 core charge.

Doing the oxygen sensors and resetting the adaptations made a huge difference. The engine is super precise.

Tried my hand at headlight lens restoration on the touring. Turned out amazingly well. Only did one side since it was hotter than the devil's balls in summertime, so I'll finish the other side tomorrow.

Before (the completed side looked the same):

    After:

Both sides. Passenger side is the completed side.

Yep, that's the one I used. Once both sides are all set, I'll be buying some headlight film to protect it from getting ugly again.
