plus, others have gained benefit from its' parts already - bumpers, fenders, hood, skirts... i'm recycling.
Maybe the shadowline trim someday as well....

yeah, i think i'm leaning that way too. if the car was TiAg, silbergrau, alpineweiss, or black.... they would stay.

It's not like you are letting the entire car rot or anything but I still kinda feel sad
but when i can finally drive it's guts in the Touring and hang the tail end out with both rear wheels digging in under ZHP powah, i won't be sad anymore.
oh yeah - my custom VinceBar 'Touring Edition' arrived the other day, and my VinceSkinz! (RACP plates) very pumped!!! the Touring is going to be mega locked down.
yeah, i think the lip would look better on a coupe or sedan. and in silver.
going to re-mount the ARC-8s tomorrow if i get a few minutes, and ponder...
