Guess I'll put this stuff to the test as a cheap troubleshooting step.

My state inspection is due in July. If I clear codes they don't come back for about 100 miles, so I'm not super concerned about the inspection.

Sorry to hear. At first I thought it was the notorious lean on both banks. Appears to be EGR though, right? Hope it works.

I'm thinking it's a bad catalytic convertor. I believe those are CAT efficiency codes.
