I think this is a scam. That same car was listed on Pensacola, FL CL and I inquired to buy it, but the guy said he and his wife decided to keep it. Same photos seen in the link you posted.

It's not a scam and I can provide new photos, proof of ownership, etc. Here's the situation - I have two BMW's and only have room for one in the garage. I didn't do enough research into the resale value on the one I have and I've spread myself pretty thin buying the ZHP (and getting a new key made - old owner lost one), so I'm a little in the red and the doghouse with my wife. The other BMW is old enough that I'll never get much money out of it.
