The paint looks brand new. Unless the pictures were doctored, that car must have been owned by the most anal retentive BMW owner ever!
That is a clean car and one of the best listings I have seen with detailed pictures. Not sure on the maintenance history, but I definitely like how many and what detail the pictures portray.
Not a bad price from the looks of it.

No maintenance record after 30k as I can see. Pretty sure he did his own maintenance if that's the case.
