what do you guys think about this car,its actually a dealer and not a private party.says it was just smogged but the last time it was smogged was 2012. feels weird,

My brother went to see it cause he really liked it. I was pushing him to buy it cause it looked really good. He did not get into details but he said it does not look anything like the pictures. And that something about the dealer was off. So he never even asked for how much they would let it go.
