Hi Elcid,

I see you're actively posting ZHPs for sale on zhpmafia.com. I am unfortunately not registered there so I thought I'll share my insights here.

One owner car, with few maintenance records mostly done in a local shop in Santa Ana. They're asking $8k now. Had one door replaced when somebody backed into it. Drives okay although the interior is in a bad shape (all 6 pillars are coming off, has 3 tears on the leather, steering wheel is bad, radio on/off button doesn't work). Paint could use some refreshment, roof trim is bad, rear window seals are gone.

I did a PPI with Coast Motor Werks in Irvine and it came to about $5.5k of required maintenance:
- front struts and mounts
- VCG, oil filter housing reseal, oil pan seal (!)
- selector rod seal
- guibo
- CCV
- fan clutch, thermostat, belt
- diff mount bushing
- tires are nexen AFAIK and will need to be replaced next year along with the brake pads
Plus fluids etc. I passed.
