TBH, that's a decent price even after the shipping cost. Varco sells that style seat in plain fabric for $995 (and he's backordered about 8 months). All you will need is some brackets and you'll be set

I wish the e46 sedan had simple bolt in seat rails. I would put my bucket seats in a heartbeat.
