Welcome - we need more members from WA! What are the spec's on this car you hope to buy from your co-worker?

It's a 2004 Dark Grey Sedan.
-Auto
-70K miles...by the time I make an offer.
-All service at dealership (he is a rich guy)
-All the packages (from what I can tell)
-He's put on a couple of carbon fiber "accents"...basically put CF sheets on the bottom right/left edges of the bumper.
-Also has Dinan front strut bar.

What do you guys/gals think I should offer? Will be making the offer this Spring after I sell my WRX.
