The only one I've done that I can notice: Z4M LCAB.

Same price as OEM. Lasts 2-3x as long. Better steering feel.

My favorite mod so far is definitely the splitters. Gotta love the look of an M tech II with splitters, especially if you can get your hands on the club sports.

Ditto.

The intake+exhaust+tune combo is a second for me

10? That'd be more like a list of what I have done overall. Haha. I think the ZHP is pretty good performance wise from the factory so I concentrate mostly on appearance or functionality mods

1. Clear corners/RCR/M3 fog lights
2. Temp gauge mod
3. 3M Crystalline tint
4. BMW performance intake
5. M3 strut bar

And OEM items I added to the car that it didn't come with. If someone doesn't consider adding OEM kits to the car actual "mods" despite me getting my hands dirty to do it, then disregard
6. OEM Alarm
7. AUX cable
8. OEM Bluetooth
9. My soon to be completed seat heater retrofit (I know I'll love that).
10. . I think satellite radio might be added to this list eventually. I hear it's pretty good.

1) Definitely refreshing suspension/lowering

2) I don't have them, but I would say summer tires. Going from worn conti A/S to brand new Michelin Pilot sport A/S+'s blew me away.

3) CDV delete. Car drives like it's supposed to!

4) Angel eyes.

5) LED tails. dat brightness.

6) Clear corners and sidemarkers

7) Euro pulse hazards.

8) Holding down the lock button and rolling all of your windows up and shutting the sun roof.

9) Removing the beeping when your key is in the ignition and your door is open.

10) New shift knob.

1. Coilovers
2. LSD
3. Brakes
4. Rims/Track Rubber
5. Recaro SPG
6. M3 Strut Bar
7. TSE3 Exhaust
8. Wheel Studs
9. M3 Fuel Pump Baffle
10. NCSexpert/PASoft Settings (Euro Hazard, Corner Delete, BFD stage 3, Comfort Close, EuroFog, Speedo Calibration, Coolant Temp Calibration, Trifecta)

LOL, thats basically all my mods on my car. :X

I have to add that my top 10 list between both my ZHP and ///M are:

1. OEM CSL parts added to my ///M
2. Front lip carbon fiber spoiler for both cars
3. UUC Corsa TSE3 exhaust for the ZHP
4. Umnitza Orion 4 Angel Eyes
5. 35% window tint for both cars
6. Coilovers for both cars - love the low look :thumbsup
7. Variety of rims for both cars w/ either Michelin Pilot Super Sports or Hankook Ventus V12's
8. Gruppe M cold air intake for both cars
9. Shark Injector/Sprint booster w/ sport button mod for the ZHP
10. Soon a full carbon fiber CSL roof for the ///M

There are more mods I have done to both cars that I love equally as well as the ones I have listed here (a 3.46 LSD for the ZHP and a full black interior retrofit for the ///M for example) ....god knows....a lot of you out there already know I have done so much in the past two years of ownership ;) :thumbsup

I think for the best bang for the buck....getting a decent set of wheels and tires is a great start :) Then decent coilovers such as BC coils that won't kill the budget but still give you decent performance especially for the street :thumbsup Then there's the cold air intake....one can find a decent setup for a good price if you're patient enough... also locating a good exhaust can be had for cheap as BP showed me....so all in all, you guys/gals can source a decent setup for your ride if you're patient enough to find good deals in the forum classifieds...:thumbsup Happy hunting everyone! :biggrin

5: Black vinyl roof

7: OEM style BMW Performance splitters
8: Umnitza Orion Angel Eyes
9: OEM BMW Performance Intake
10: Continental DW Tuned (so frigging awesome, the grip was unbelievable!)

Wow, I have to think about what all I've done to the car over the past nearly 8 years...

1. Swapped CDV for hollowed out CDV (June, 2006)
---- Very first mod a month after purchase, instead of removing, I bought one that was hollowed out incase I ever ran into any warranty issues. Car was still under warranty back in those days.
2. Dice iPod/iPhone connector (Approx. June 2008)
---- Most used mod, road trips, etc.
3. H&R Sport Cup Kit (Approx. June 2012)
---- Mild drop, good for daily driving
4. 19" VMR V710's with Michelin Pilot Super Sports (August 2011)
---- Tires are AMAZING! The look is AMAZING! The ride, however has suffered. I'd like to go back to 18" same style wheels, same tires.
5. LED Angle Eye's (Approx. Feb, 2010)
---- Glad I waited for LED's to come out, but still wish I had done them sooner.
6. Clears all around (November, 2006)
---- Another very early mod I love amber on certain colors of ZHP's, but on IR, clears look the best IMO.
7. New 35% Tint (August, 2010)
---- Original owner had tinted the windows and somewhere in 2008 I removed the tint because it had turned purple. I then "fish bowled" for a few years, which was fun, but new tint made the car look new again
8. New Windshield pre-tinted 35% (Approx. September 2013)
---- Original windshield was so pitted, tinted windshield makes the other windows look darker too
9. Clubsport Splitters (off and on throughout the years)
---- I currently do not have any on the car, I need to buy my 4th pair, lol
10. ZKW lenses in my non ZKW projectors (Approx. July, 2013)
---- Amazing cut off at night, this will get even more amazing when I replace the headlight lenses

Not included in top 10, but close contenders
-- Parrot/Connects2 Bluetooth (don't use it as much anymore, sound quality is not so great either)
-- OEM all weather mats (love them, but didn't have room in the top 10)
-- Blacked out headlights (love them too, no room in top 10)
-- Black kidney's (love them, they are aftermarket though and fitment is not perfect)
-- Strut Tower Bar (love it, might have made it into top 10 if I still auto-x'd)
-- AKG RTAB's and AKG FCAB's (love them, would love them more if I still auto-x'd)

This pained me when I wanted LED tails because I really dislike Eagle Eye tails, mainly because they're pre-facelift style tails on a facelift sedan. The facelift-style LED tails looked cheap (and were), and still didn't have LED turn signals.

If you want to keep the OEM style but don't want to buy aftermarket lights, you can always get really bright CREE LED bulbs for the brake and turn signal lights, like I did. Depending on the bulb you get, they could even be brighter than EE tails.

Just throwing that out there as an option. Personally I think a car as clean as yours deserves OEM looking tail lights.

What interior LED kit did you go with?
The ECS Tuning kit. Not the cheapest but there was no mention of possibly needing a resistor and it was recommended by others on here.

One of my top 10 mods I've done to my ZHP is the AL projector retrofit to my crappy ZHP headlights...
