i just picked up a ZHP this week, figured i'd drop in and introduce myself.
with a business that requires more and more of my time and a baby on the way in may, it became obvious that i didn't have time to devote to a project second car anymore, so my e30 went up for sale. i bought the car in november of 2008 and spent a lot of time refreshing and improving it. really great car.
a couple pics of it's final evolution before it went to its new home in colorado.

i'd been on the lookout for a ZHP sedan for about 3 months. the classifieds here, plus autotrader, cars.com and craigslist were my main tools - this forum ended up being extremely useful in my search.
i ended up seeing an ad on craigslist in ohio that was posted in the classifieds here, and contacted the seller. it met all my criteria (sedan, 6-spd, silvergrey/black/blue, black interior, totally stock) and came with a thick stack of records dating back to delivery.
the owner mike was very helpful, and i ended up flying out to cleveland this past thursday to purchase the car and drive it back home to baltimore. it ended up being as-described, it's immaculate inside and out. he even threw in a set of E36 M3 17" wheels with snow tires for virtually free.

the car made it home without a stumble - looking forward to getting to know the car better and enjoying it on a daily basis.
a link to my website (http://www.8380labs.com), in case any of you guys are into european (mostly german) motorsports from the 60s-90s.
