Is the main car being built a Topaz or Mystic blue?

I think they jump between a couple of blue cars, I saw a Nav, then manual HVAC, then slushbox, then standard wheels, then sport pkg wheels (on dyno), etc.

When it flashes its lights and comes off the inspection line (20:46) isn't that an Mtech2 bumper?

Would be cool to see a ZHP built.

It is definitely a very cool video. I hope we get a translated one soon :). It is not a ZHP unfortunately because of the taillights and some other things. US bound cars got the ambers from the factory. However the M-Tech II could be had on any E46 in Europe! Thanks for sharing!
