Hey guys looking to buy affordable brakes for my e46 330i zhp, I don't want to spend much since I m not planning to keep the car for a long time. I want something affordable but at the same time not horrible. Maybe purchase rotors and pads separately? Link would be appreciated.

My face when ECS charges you $40 for shipping and handling on their OE brake refresh kit.

Whether you want it purely for bling, you're going to track it, or you just want to sell it, call Ray (Smilez), he has choices for every option. I've bought no less than 8 sets of rotors/pads/SS lines/sensors/fluid from Ray for various BMWs/other vehicles that have passed through our stable the last couple of years. Every time Ray was attentive, prompt, his orders were correct, and his product quality beat anyone else's prices, anyone. And a month after one install, I developed a warped rotor, no questions, no having to return the warped rotor, Ray sent the replacement quickly and told me to make a Mr. T medallion out of the bad rotor, can't get customer service like that from just anyone.

Also you can contact Ray via www.brakeyourself.com, let him know you're ZHPMafia and then the family discount gets factored in. And don't be afraid if you don't see what you want on his website, Ray isn't too anal about updating his website but he can get you most anything you want/need.
Well anything except glossy black grills for a pre-face lift e90 sedan (the whole e90 crowd is matte black, not sure why, no one appreciates shadow line trim) --- and just busting your chops Ray, I found one dealer who still sells them, ordered, received & installed tonight but he gouged me compared to your prices.

+6 for Ray. Bruce helped install the kit I ordered from him and compared to the other packages I was looking at it'd be tough for ECS or Turner to get close to the pricing as well as the service!

Ditto he is a great guy with awesome products. I've had his cross drilled and slotted rotors and pads in my ride for over a year now. Very happy with his products and services
