Bill, not sure on Mafia Reunion attendance, some family audibles may preclude my attendance; still trying to fit in a Saturday day trip.

Shawn, why store them, they're summers, use them now and store your all-season for use in the winter. Both boys have 19" summers and 18" winters, these summers won't get used here.

Also have the tires listed on CL, its Friday payday so hopefully someone that can use them will come thru.

Look in some of the pics I've posted the last 2 days on the cars, they're sitting up on a shelf in the garage partially blocking the ZHPMafia banner. But their just tires, standard PS2 tread and in the sizes I listed.

Bruce, the Saturday day-trip is what Shawn and I were considering as well. Also, how would these perform (in the noise department around town) compared to the Bridgestone run-flats you saw I have on now? Fronts are ~7/32nd's and the rears are ~5/32nds, but as we saw the front is making a lot of noise so this is very tempting. And it's payday... :eeps

Definitely quieter than RFTs, RFTs use harder rubber compounds to achieve the stiffer sidewalls to limp you home on a flat, thus more road noise gets transmitted. And as summer tires, PS2's are designed to handle the heat, the rubber softens up and grips better when it gets hot outside. Conversely, when outside temps get cold, these PS2's tighten up and are not as pliable, thus why they're a summer tire vs a year round tire (unless you live in SoCal, FLA, etc. where they can be driven year round).

Oops, just discovered from talking to the PO that these are the more expensive RFTs ($1400 when new). Also he informed me only 5-6K miles on them before he swapped over to the winter tires (I rec'd these tires unmounted when I bought the car last month.) NoVAphotog is looking to get away from RFTs, so these are back up & still available. Will update the original description too.

Ok, Mods, they are sold & gone, please mark accordingly. Shawn bought them as barter in another deal he made with Bill.
