Hello Zhpmafia!
The background:
My name is John and on June 24th, I purchased Avetiso's Orient Blue ZHP. After six months of lurking and drooling, I am both honored and humbled to finally be posting here. It has been a moderate dream of mine to one day own a ZHP, and to realize that dream so soon put me into a shock that I am still recovering from! :blink
From what I have witnessed, Zhpmafia is a tight nit community, and as a result I would imagine that my newly acquired car is a fairly well known one. This is both encouraging and worrisome for me as it is my intent to care for the car as it rightfully deserves, yet I lack the space, tools, and knowledge to do it all on my own. Nevertheless, I am aching to learn and looking forward to a wonderful journey with this car and Zhpmafia!

For those of you subscribed to the above thread, I am sorry for not introducing myself on Wednesday like I said I would. I wanted to do a quick photoshoot so I could have some pictures to incorporate into my introduction, but the whether was not permitting :(
However, today the whether was a bit better, so without further adieu, I present to you my new ZHP (and my friend's 323 in the background)

Damn those are some nice pictures! So glad Dario's car went to a good home; I'm still saddened by the sale but it's ok because maybe now it will get driven. :biggrin

Thank you all for the warm welcome! Sorry about only posting one picture, we did the shoot on a number of different cameras and then conveniently had some technical difficulties. However, I figure that I take (and will continue to take) enough pictures of my car to start a picture thread in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled!

Aside from that. Congrats on the ZHP, OP. this car has been cared for like none other. Brought back from death by fried LCM. Can't wait to continue following this car. She's a beaut.

As of Christmas eve, I have officially had the car for 6 months. I can assure you all that a project thread will be started very soon. The idea was to hold out a bit before starting such a thread, so that when I did start one, I would have some substantial progress to show! Unfortunately, costly (and unforeseen) maintenance has come up, thus delaying my "mod timeline". There will be much detail and many pictures to come. Soon.
