Just recently received a nice emblem from BMW CCA for the grill. This being my first BMW - what do most people do with emblems? Kind of feeling like it won't look good on the car. Just curious. It is though a 45 year anniversary emblem.

It doesn't work as a roundel?

It's designed for the grill only.

Is this the emblem for the CCA raffle? Does this mean you bought 10 tickets for the raffle?? I wanted last years M stripe CCA badge, but I couldn't justify the cost for the 45th anniversary badge... Still though, plenty of people sport them on the kidney grille, a few on the lower grille... I like it, but not the regular CCA badge...

I want the M stripe CCA badge... (ahem Stu...) :shifty

Looks like a raffle bonus emblem. I'd rock it for sure.

I rock my BMWCCA badge.
Though, I went for a lower, more discreet position.

If I had one, it would be on the grill.

I put mine on (see the "what did you do to your BMW today" thread), and decided to take it off this evening. Its just too big and thus flashy for our front ends, IMO. the E46 is so understated, this big reflective disc is a bit much. If it was half the size I maybe it would be better.

I just don't get the trend toward huge emblems on cars. I am so glad BMW's emblems have not really changed sizes over the years.

I agree. It was a bit too much.

Personally, I'm a fan of the USA Shaped Emblem.
BMW CCA seemed to like it on my car too haha (Old pic, ignore the ambers)

Like the idea for the lower grill - may try that. Or it will go on the tool box for the track.

Yup it was a raffle bonus, figure if I don't win a BMW at least I get a cool badge for trying. Really love the M235i.

Is the USA shaped emblem for signing up for 3 years upfront?

That is how I got mine. You can buy them from the CCA website though.
