Good news,
After a cost analysis it is cheaper to swap my car to a manual spite the seal leak. Same price to fix the auto. And with my Audio mods and other fixes it's a better route. :roundel: btw guys this forum is amazing, thanks for your help and opinions!

Welcome to the 3 pedal club!

I think you are the first Mafia member to do the swap. I think there's someone here selling a tranny as well.

Interesting. So what is the total cost and are you doing all the work? Good luck and let us know how it goes.

1200 for tranny, drive shaft, uuc flywheel. Need to buy clutch and misc. items. 2800 or so to fix auto and around the same or less for manual, most likely a DIY depends if I can get a lift

Not too bad actually, well that's if you do all the work yourself.

Yep I figured with the same repair cost why not have more fun with a manual

$2800 is too much to "repair" a 5AT. I can source a rebuilt and warrantied one for $2200

Interesting. I'll take a look. I think I'm still going to go manual and rebuild the auto in case I need it later on.

Don't forget the cost of a new cluster and shift knob.

Why a new cluster? You could just remove the screen, find a junk cluster and put in the black cover.

Ditto on the knob, though.
