LAST CHANCE: Alcantara Rear Seat Backs

Alright folks, I NEEEEED to get these items out of my garage. Two girls and a wife with an incessant shopping habit are forcing me out of my own garage! :biggrin

So, I'm getting rid of the last few pieces of this interior... Alcantara rear seat backs, for cars with folding rear seats. It is the two back pieces, and the 3 headrests.

All items are in great condition, the headrests have some light fading on the back side, not visible when installed. Otherwise perfect...

NEED THIS STUFF GONE. Please let me know if you want them.

I'd like to get $200, but am entertaining ALL offers as I really just want them gone.

Not sure to be honest. I will say this fabric is 100 times better than a lot of lower bolsters I've seen.

Well considering the material itself is $100 a yard, then add labor to fix the bolster..

i really want to make one of these, but my wife would not have it...

as it is, i have a beautiful ecru leather rear seat from a 1993 Audi S4 (back when they used REALLY nice leather) that i have leftover from a part-out, and want to make a couch out of it - my wife is the reason it is still in storage. :)

Figured it had something to do with the fibers hardening up or something, kind of like when you spray paint the rear parcel shelf black.

Heck, I'd pick them up and make some sort of project out of the alcantara if you still had them when I make it down. I would just want the material and not the padding though.

Okay there is NO need to trash these...If nobody buys, someone would pay shipping just to keep them safe...Throwing away would not be very optimal....I could use a spare set for the heck of it if your just gonna throw em away.

Ok, so I had a thought... Everyone wants alcantara accessory pieces here and there. Well that's all cool and stuff, but what about that OTHER material in the alcantara interior? I stripped off all of the material on the seat backs I had and saved it as I figure it would make for some unique pieces. Personally, if I had alcantara, I'd make an armrest cover out of it. We all know alcantara is tough to keep clean... But, the center material, different story.

So, if anyone wants this material, let me know. Offer me SOMETHING (for my time) and pay shipping and the material is yours. I have both sections, can post pics if someone absolutely needs.

I will toss this stuff on Friday if nobody wants it.
