Is anyone in the area that can look at this for me? Slightly hesitant about claimed seafoam being done every 3500 miles and no clear pictures of the seats.

That's down JohnMadd's way. We have 1-2 others in RVA as well.

Rob, make an appointment for me to go look at it for you. I'm on vacation and I've never driven an m3...

I'll text the guy tomorrow and see what the deal is. I want to see a lot more pictures and get a VIN before I send someone out to look at it in person.

I can accommodate that.

I've contacted the owner and asked him a bit about the car. Its a pre 2003.5 model so no LED tails. The car has some aftermarket exhaust on it, brand unknown. It has angel eyes and a CSL trunklid but I don't know how the fitment is because no pics. I asked him for better pictures of the interior and a pic of the VIN number. He sent me a pic of the rear seats and another one of the center console that barely shows passenger seat and still no driver seat pic. He told me that he had the drivers seat rewrapped professionally because of wear, I'm just wondering why hes so hesitant to show it... Still no VIN number pic either.

I'm not bashing this dudes car at all and I wish him the best of luck selling it, but there are just too many things going on with this car that just aren't for me.
