The time has come for me to part with my beloved ZHP. I’m the second owner, bought her when she only had 6k on the clock in 2005. I have enjoyed every single mile on this car and will miss her when she is gone.
Over the years I have invested lots of money to get this car where it is today, delivering 400HP to the wheels and being reliable while doing it. As you will see below, this car is setup for HPDEs and I have done several driving schools with this car and it has never let me down. Some people think that running HPDEs ruins cars or diminishes value…I respectfully disagree. This car has seen more oil changes, brake fluid changes, coolant flushes in 6 months than what a typical owner would do in 2 years.
Reason for Sale: Buying a Porsche 911 or Cayman. I have an E39 M5 that I will never sale….

you might be able to pass smog with stock headers/exhaust. The new smog machines that only do OBD checks are starting to roll out. ;)

still do a thorough visual. An intake that is not CARB certified will fail the smog test :facepalm

Well, here in GA, the car passes OBDII only emissions testing without cats, this is with the help of the wonderful Innovate Motorsports LC-1 module. This allows for all OBD checks to complete in the car, thus, allowing no cats to pass emissions.
In California, the minute you roll into an inspection place you will fail with just the loud noise this car makes...:)
I wonder if the 'BMW Performance' Intake I have is CARB certified? It must be but I'm not sure...

Not sure about the weight but it does feel light. Subframe is not reinforced as last recent inspection showed no signs of trouble but I do have reinforced rear shock mounts....

I don't think anyone on this list would argue that you are offering a screaming deal. Sometimes it is baffling why which cars sell or not. I wonder if some are just intimidated by the "modded" nature of a S/C. Little do most know how seem less this ESS kit is. I really hope this works out.
