What are my options for Bluetooth?

Howdy all, I just purchased an '03 330i that has the stock "BMW Business" single DIN radio. The car has the little button for "Prewired for BMW Phone" along with a few others on the trunk lid. I would like to add Bluetooth to the car somehow for music streaming.

What are my options? I apologize if this has been asked before.

my set up:
- OEM bluetooth set up for phone calls. (not cheap)
- AUX cable and Kinovo BTC455 for audio streaming (very cheap)

and you have a few other options which people will chime in with.
