WTB: short antenna cable for bluetooth

Hi guys, any of you might know where I can get this online, the last two times I tried buying it, the sale both went through only to find out that they stopped stocking these. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Does anyone have a replacement part for this cable? The part is NLA with BMW. I am checking to see if VW/Audi might have something equivalent.
