Hi guys any good DIY video or pictorial procedure of how to change the manual transmission fluid? I would really appreciate if you guys can suggest me if i shud replace the gasket or the filter along with the oil and suggest me the type of oil to use. I dont have the previous record of the maintenance. The car has around 93k miles on it.!! I have had it for the past two months and have put on 7k miles on it so far.. !! Kindly help me out with this.. !!

I thought you were talking engine oil in an MT car, not tranny fluid.

No filter for manual transmission, and I'm not sure if there's a gasket on the plugs either. Might be soft metal sealing rings. If you don't have new ones, turn the old ones around and they usually seal pretty well. Always remove fill plug before drain plug, and replace drain plug before pumping in new fluid! Also if you happen to break one of the plugs, you should be able to buy a generic M18 replacement plug at your FLAPS.
