View Full Version : Wanted: broken DISA valve

Ordered the repair kit from German Auto Solutions, would like to find a 'broken' DISA valve to repair and have ready to install. Don't know what's reasonable, but would prefer to not spend a lot (would kind of negate the point of the rebuild!) Anybody got an old one they'd part with??
Thanks,
Dave

I do, and it actually still works if the holding suction test is any indication, but has 90k+ miles on it. I replaced it as preventative. Not sure what is reasonable either.
Sell it for the same price that G.A.S buys broken units.

Thanks NorCal....that's more than I want to spend on a broken part. Think I'll just remove the current one and rebuild it. Thanks for the effort and offer though.

DrVanos bought mine for $65.
I have another one to sell should anybody need it. Holds suction but has a broken flap.
You guys should just donate them to the family
