Hey everyone, my name is Serge!
I am new member, but a long time follower of this forum. (Little side note: I previously owned an e39).

My interest for the ZHP initially started when I spotted a beautiful black 06 330ci, 6-speed BMW on aiiia while I was looking for a car after selling my previous car. I'm not a fan of the wood grain trim so the silver cubed trim and m-tech bumper really grabbed my attention. Upon further research I learned the value and rarity of the car. I also learned that it was a ZHP and with some snooping around I found this amazing forum where I learned 80% of what I know about the ZHP (probably not much compared to many of you)! I quickly fell in love with the car and was soon heart broken when I was outbid by a landslide of bidders who knew the value of this machine.

I continued to search far and low, and I must admit, I am picky and finding the perfect ZHP was frustrating. Through this time I had settled on the idea that I would not own a ZHP while being a 21 credit taking college student trying to pay off his debts. My hope was resurrected when about a year later I stumbled upon a craigslist ad in which the gentleman did not know that his car was a ZHP and purchased a 2004 ZHP. its a sedan, silver, black interior and black cubed trim, automatic, 86,000 miles. I really want a 6-speed, but purchased this car because I honestly couldn't let this car go unappreciated. I really wanted to make sure that this car went to someone who knew its value and could take care of it. I also needed to buy a vehicle since my previous car was totaled and I saw this as my opportunity to start what will hopefully be a long journey with the ZHP. Even though its not the perfect dream of black and 6-speed I am very very in love with this car. I hope I can get to meet some fellow ZHP fanatics on this forum and learn more about my ZHP.

Welcome Serge. Congrats on your purchase. Your car sounds very similar to TigerTater. Enjoy your new car.

Welcome. Super happy that you found one to satisfy the itch. Heck, you can get a 6 speed in a couple of years if you need to. No shame in the auto for sure. My son has one (Silbergrau) that I love to drive.

Welcome, sir. Nothing wrong with automatic. I'm on my 3rd BMW (e36, e46, e90) and all have been automatic.

Thank you all! Definitely happy with the car. Sorry for the late response, holiday season has me busy!
I really don't mind automatic, but the 6-speed is my dream. Definitely will keep my eyes open for one!
These aren't the best of pictures, something I just took quickly. She will be receiving a proper washing and detailing.
I'm very picky like most of you here. I'll try and et something more quality up soon!

Welcome!

When you put the car into drive... slide it to the left and leave it there for a drive.
You will see an "S" where you would normally find a "D".
The shift program in that mode is unique for the ZHP. ALSO... bend down and take a look at your differential to enjoy the finned goodness.
Only Steptronics got the diff cooler from the factory!
Enjoy!
