I thought maybe it was worth having a thread that just had the auction cars on them. You'll need an account to see the cars. (Search on the ID#).

I'd love to have this IR one, but the passenger's door is toast and that's what I need. :-/

That Black zhp sedan would be perfect for a part-out. I would even be interested in parts from it.

Vin Decoder puts the black zhp sedan as

Black Sapphire Metallic
Cold Weather Package
Heated Seats and Fold Rear Seats

Shawn, both links are the same and point to the black ZHP in NC. Just a heads up...

Is this the IR one?

Owner must have switched out the Black Cube for wood trim.

I have the space and the tools to store/part out cars. If anyone is interested in moving forward, contact me since I am willing to go in. Have relatives that have copart buying licenses.

Find a red sedan with a clean right front door and I'm in!

There might be a good IR door on this one.....

I seem to recall though that this place usually has pretty high pricing on their Ebay stuff.

Damn, wish I saw this earlier! I'm in Charlotte, NC and definitely would have been interested in the black car. If anyone spots others in NC or SC, let me know - I've got storage and tools to tear one down :)

Yes, but it came out of an IR sedan. They are a BMW salvage/used parts seller so you'd have to assume that the rest of the car is also for sale.

Couldn't hurt to ask. :-)

So you call and listen to their message on hold and wow, they sell everything and ship anywhere. The rep answers the phone and says, "we can put in a request for a specific color, but there is no guarantee that that is the door that will ship..." I go on to ask, "so it's a roll of the dice?" and he says "yes". What the?? NO wonder they get 1.7 stars: https://www.google.com/search?q=bavarian+auto+recycling&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS602US602&oq=bavarian+auto+r&aqs=chrome.0.0j69i57j0l4.5759j0j4&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8#lrd=0x809ae81ca5299c57:0x1bdb98a2c7d2ad,1

Moving on...

Thank for trying Barry.

LOL.....Well now we know. Thanks for the heads up. You would at least think if you tell them you want a red door they would be able to sell you a red door. :facepalm

that is like 20 min away from me...

costs $200 for yearly membership and the auction must be a 'public' auction

Some here think it will sell in the $5k range. Could be a great project or part-out. Vas??
