Thanks for the complements gents! Question: Is it priced right? I ask because I need to sell it (unfortunately), and I don't want to be "that crazy guy" asking way too much etc. God knows I've got a lot more than that invested in it! but I want to make sure it is priced to actually sell, I'm not trying to "test the waters" as some people do.
