I can check this car out for any interested parties. It's about 30 minutes from me.

I find it hilarious that all of the pics in the ads are of the dealership, with not a single picture of the car itself. :rofl

The BMW Dealership shows a price of $12,999. I wonder which way the discrepancy goes.

Seems like a great price either way. BP will do a great job checking it out

I've been checking this one out - it's still available, at least as of today.

The listed price has been all over the place - based on the post above, it was as low as $11,999, then $12,999, and now it's listed at $14,999.

I had someone local to the area check it out for me (I'm in Denver) - overall, it's in good condition. The paint is in nice shape, mechanically seems very sound, all the windows and power top are working properly.

But, for 57k miles, it's a little rough in some areas. Definitely needs a steering wheel re-wrap, there is a tear at the driver's seat bolster, the radio power button doesn't work, there are 3 different brands among the 4 tires. And there seems to be a bit of a larger than normal gap above the front bumper, and my friend thought one side of the rear bumper was a tad misaligned.

All in all, it's real nice - just not perfect, and frankly, rougher than you'd think for 57k miles. Plus, the coolant system hasn't been addressed - probably premature anyway, but that's definitely coming.

They seem to be sticking with the full list price of $14,999 plus $500 d&h. I think that's all the money if it were clean, but I think the issues above are deserving of an adjustment.

I made an offer that they more or less scoffed at - maybe they'll call back, but they seem to be happy waiting for someone to pay the full list price, or at least close to it.

I just thought I'd share my thoughts and insight after having someone look at it - in case someone else is interested and willing to pony up for it.

Thanks!
