Yup I agree... I was sort of happy with what I paid for my car last year but these prices make me think otherwise...

I picked up a similar car a little bit over a year ago ( 05 sedan, black/black 6spd with 116k on it ) and paid $10,500.

For either package I look for items only available in those packages, so for the Cold Weather Package I look for the headlight washers, and for the Premium Package I look for lumbar support controls. Whether or not I can see them in photos or the seller's description I run their VIN (if available) through a VIN decoder like this: http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html.

Through the decoder I can look for the appropriate options to confirm.
