What do you guys think? I'm thinking $7500 at best? Too high?

I don't really need to be a member on your list, but I need to (sadly) get rid of my 2005 330i zhp because it is pretty much useless in winter in MI where I moved a year ago. *I can't afford to get winter wheels nor the maintenance . . .*

Kicker: *I've driven this thing a LOT. *I have 204k miles on it. *I just replaced the rear shocks and mounts. *I think the front and rear cntrl arm bushes need to be replaced as well – but I need to draw the line somewhere. In the past 2 years the transmission fluid, brake fluid, Serpentine belt, and idler pulleys have been replaced, as have the motor mounts. *The tires are rather new too (~1 year), and have road warranty. **

The body (blk) and interior (blk) are in great shape. *It's been in a garage all it's life except for about 6 months over the past year.

I have no idea how to even put a price on this. *I'm the original owner, and I"m trying not to be too sentimental. *Any idea?

Thanks!

De Wilkens

$7,500 seems high, IMHO. Last year I was looking at a similar one and the asking price was $6,000. Granted, it was AT. We know AT sells a little cheaper.

So, I would say $6,000 is a good starting point.

can't afford winter wheels? you can get a good used set for less than $500...if he can't afford that then why move to the north?

Still low. You have to spend around 9k for the car itself atleast. Maintenance is expensive too

Edit: Pardon my ignorance. That's overpriced tho

Doesn't say where he is in Michigan, but if he's close enough and anyone is interested, I could be persuaded (easily!) to go take a look at it. Might anyway, if I knew where he's located. Dane, any idea?

No idea. I think they were just looking at a ballpark price.

Manheim on this would be $3k FYI. I'd say retail maybe $6-6500. Maybe $5k is realistic to expect but aim a little higher just in case.
