The price makes me wonder if something's up but...who knows. One could always email them for more details.

I'm investigating.

Would be cool to have a black & a white (Spy vs Spy) pair of ZHPs. Hehe

got a reply back from the 'seller':

"Ok. The transaction will be made thru eBay Motors, because they offer 7 days inspection period. You'll have 7 days to inspect, test and drive the car before deciding to keep it or not.
If the vehicle is not like I described, a military trailer will take the car back on my expense and you will get a full refund. eBay Motors will keep safe the funds until you receive the car with all the papers work.Only after you confirm them that you wanna keep the car they will release me the funds. In this way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it.
If you want to start the transaction with eBay Motors just reply me with your full name and your shipping address, then eBay will contact you with further instructions(terms, buyer protection coverage, invoice for the purchase).
I will set the transaction for only $2000 refundable deposit to eBay motors and the remaining balance after your inspection.

Regards"

HORRIBLE grammar/spelling. Reeks of scam to me...

There's two types of bad grammar/spelling:
1) Someone who speaks English but just can't type for crap
2) Someone who does not fluently speak English

Scams will usually involved #2 above. This doesn't sound like a scam to me. If eBay contacts you first before releasing any money, then there's nothing fishy about it at all. I thought that's how eBay Motors works...

I'm 100% sure it's a scam. I would ask the seller ... why not sell to a car dealer ? And avoid all the trouble of eBay Motors.
