Any problem with leaving a bluetooth adapter plugged in to the lighter all the time?

I just got a Rockford bluetooth adapter that plugs into the lighter. Since the outlet is always on, will there be any problem with just leaving it plugged into the lighter all the time? I can't imagine it draws that much power.
