Anyone tackle door seals?

My 02 M3 has the same problem as my 03, sagging door seals. Wonder if anyone here has tackled them? Well, I fixed my 03 by use of a very sharp Strider GB somewhere near Steamboat, CO some 130k miles ago... Not sure if I want to go the same route as my M.

Replaced the driver's side recently on my 2001 X5 which was deteriorating. Worst part for me was installing the new one at the top right corner due to the almost 90 degree turn. Otherwise fairly straightforward. I found that a rubber mallet is your friend for this swap as well.
