Found an E46 M3 that I would like to move into but need to sell the ZHP first! I really planned on keeping this car forever as evidenced by the amount of money I put into this car to mechanically get it where it should be but the E46 M3 has been a dream car for me and I found one at the right price.

Here is a link to my project thread but I'll copy all of the main info into this thread: http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showthread.php?17459-quot-Boss-ZHP-quot-Maintenance-Project-Thread

The not so good:
Some hail damage on the roof from the PO :facepalm
It appears as if the PO was lightly sideswiped on the drivers side, there is a spot where the paint is faded and there is a slight indentation.
Rear bumper could use a respray
Front bumper could also be replaced, current one is sagging, paint is fading and there are some dings.
Right side xenon is out, control module needs replaced. I'd be willing to replace it for the right buyer, easy fix and the part is relatively cheap.
Car is from the East so there are some rust bubbles starting to form, most notable is on the rear left quarter panel where the back bumper meets.
There is a bearing in the steering column U-joint that is loose and causes vibration under braking and slight vibration at around 70 mph. My Indy quoted me $500 total to replace this.
Handbrake doesn't hold the car too well, it was adjusted recently but it needs a new handle (sometimes it doesn't recognize that the handbrake is down and it turns the DSC off, doesn't bother me because I usually drive with the DSC off anyways).
Front two rims are curbed, back two are in good condition.

The good:

Vanos was just rebuilt in January, brand new Bosh battery was installed in January, Michelin PSS's only have roughly 7k miles on them and still have a tremendous amount of tread left. I've focused my attention on getting this car mechanically sound and have addressed all of the E46 common problems. Car has been serviced by a very reputable shop in Winter Park called Precision Sport Industries (PSI). The car could use some cosmetic work but the engine is strong and pulls hard through the gears.
