I was on back order now for about 4 weeks on Vivid Racing for a carbon fiber engine cover. Yesterday I called in and canceled the order because there was no update on it and the distributors never said when they would take action on it. https://www.vividracing.com/catalog/-p-150794350.html?utm_cmp=FullFeed&gclid=CLXWr-CV1csCFQIfhgod80EKKQ

So does anyone else know a site, where I can buy a carbon fiber engine cover for the ZHP?
I couldn't really find anywhere else.

Thanks again Charlie! But are there any other besides this one? I don't like the lettering on the cover. I want a clean one.

I'm afraid that's pretty much it unless you find one from eBay. eBay ones will most likely come from Taiwan so they, like mine, will turn slightly greenish in color due to heat...

Thanks then Charlie! I guess I'll figure it out. Probably call some vendors to see what's up

I got email from Bimmian just yesterday promoting a set of CF engine cover materials.
http://tinyurl.com/zzonyqv is a link to one of the several products.

I had a Bimmian c/f oil cap cover that yellowed. They were under warranty, but when I contacted them they said that wasn't covered. So, buyer beware on their engine covers.

Kristen's Evolution Raceworks engine cover is yellowing over the last several years too. It' probably 6 or 7 years old. I think you're going to find, as Charlie said, any CF under hood is going to eventually yellow.
I'm thinking if I ever spend the $ on under hood CF, maybe I'll just put it in for meets, etc.

I agree with Rando Rob, this seems the best option if you don't want the carbon fiber engine cover to yellow over time. It's just going to happen over time....

Charlie does your intake turn green over time too?
