EDIT - SOLD!!!

This lip spoiler will only fit on the M Sport II (ZHP) front bumper. The lip was cracked when I hit a opossum.

The crack should be no problem if you plan on molding the lip to the front bumper. Here is a picture of a molded lip installed:

That's a lot of work to mold a snapped carbon fiber lip to a front bumper Dan...good luck selling this.

Easy to say crack should be no problem but with carbon fiber my guess is it would take a lot of work to get it looking right.

You can't fix carbon fiber like you can with plastic or fiberglass and make it look right. That's why when my carbon fiber Arqay lip got damaged I just let it go until it was time to completely remove it. If anything getting that repaired to look right is going to cost a lot...

You can't fix carbon fiber like you can with plastic or fiberglass and make it look right. That's why when my carbon fiber Arqay lip got damaged I just let it go until it was time to completely remove it. If anything getting that repaired to look right is going to cost a lot...

My bad, I thought I saw a thread on E46 Fanatics where someone molded a cracked carbon fiber arqray lip a while back. I'm no expert on carbon fiber or even fiberglass. Is the lip completely worthless now? I believe no one has these arqray lips in stock at the moment. I don't want to throw it away if someone wants to take a stab at it.

I jumped back a little when I saw the $200 shipped price tag. I am sure someone can get it repaired and moulded but too much money imo. GLWS.

Any advice on how I can get discount shipping? UPS is going to charge me over $150 to ship it anywhere. I don't want to end up underwater after shipping it.

I hear ya cookie... shipping alone would cost $$$ to ship that but in my opinion, it would take money to mold that lip so that it would look right and then you would have to paint it over because there's no way you can have the carbon fiber exposed with that damage. I would guess it would be cheaper just to buy a new one rather than try to make this one work even though these lips are getting harder and harder to source.

In my opinion for MTec II, the Arqray lip is the best looking lip you can have which is why I used to run with one but since I'm lowered....New England roads have not been kind to my Arqray and I ended up throwing mine away.
