My driver's seat bolster is completely F'd and I can't find matching fabric locally. Anyone have a seat laying around (you never know) or a contact for fabric?

EDIT: Found some spare fabric, had that fixed for ~$150 US!

there's a guy on maxbimmer in the GTA that is selling a rear seat - that's your best bet!

Good catch - especially since I'm here right now! Thanks for the plug!

Material seems to be disappearing from that set. Not sure if what's left on the lower bench is enough - it should be plenty. I'm specifically thinking of the center part, where a 3rd person could potentially sit in the middle.

Yeah I'm in town right now, I'm gonna go check it out this week. Hopefully there's enough left for a full rewrap of that bolster.

I just purchased and installed some OEM headliner fabric into my E36 from these folks, and I was shocked that they still had the odd color in stock and ready to go. Chances are if they have Sandgrau foam-backed headliner for a 19 YO E36, they will have the fabric to match your Alcantara seat. PS - I found it best to call them on the phone for the order.

Has anyone had a full bolster rewrap done? Wondering what that runs...

This is the eyesore of my interior. Hoping to also find something to replace it!

I had my driver's seat outer bolster done for $180US (with seat removed --$240 if shop had to remove it). It took the fabric from a rear seat side bolster to cover it.

Good to know, thanks!

They quoted me $200 CAD ($160 USD) drive in and out, so removal included.

I'm not sure if this is only a Cold Weather Package thing? But if you fold the rear seat arm rest down, where the attachment for the ski-bag is, there is a nice big flap of fresh alcantara. At least there is on mine. You'd never know it was missing unless your back seat passengers use your arm rest...

Yeah it's like that on non-fold-down cars too. I like to leave mine down since the middle seat is essentially useless. Could be a good last resort option though.

If you don't find what you're looking for let me know. I've got some good scraps lying around from when I had my driver's seat and three panels of the rear redone last year. No wear to the rear seat pieces, just a couple of burn marks from a cigarette. (Was triggering my OCD.) Should work to cover the driver's bolster with no issues though.
