I have been hearing thump noise from driver side front end and only when going over bump while turning right (entering drive way turning right).
My steering feel has been a bit loose these days so I did quick slalom style test today and when transitioning hard from left and right, there is definitely a thump and I can feel suspension geometry getting out of orientation which felt scary!
I have recently replaced both front control arms and control arm bushings so I wonder what it could be? Could it be due to components not torqued enough? I used torque wrench to the recommended settings but it was the first time using it.
I would like to know what you guys think.
Thanks!

Front shock mount. I recommend replacement with Bilstein.

Could be the "top hat". Also check you end link. I had one come loose shortly after replacing struts and it was the cause of my similar clunk.

Right. I will try replacing both of them and see if the situation improves. Thanks guys!

Yes. Aka strut bearing.
