Had a little issue a couple weeks ago when an individual with a fresh license decided to park his pickup in the trunk on my E90. We were stopped at a light; no brakes, no tire squeal, just BANG! Drove us into the car ahead of us in line. Everyone walked away - even the E90 which was driven onto the flatbed. Sadly, that was its last trip on its own wheels.

The folks at Bullet Motorworks aimed me in an interesting direction and this is the replacement.

Lots of miles, but HUGELY detailed service records from the previous owner and a good report from the guy's mechanic. Runs sweet. There are a few minor details to be attended to, but none are deal breakers.
Oh! Did I neglect to mention that it has the manual trans?
Anyway, I'm here to learn. To that end lurking will be extensive, though I will contribute where I can and as appropriate.
Thanks!

It is lowered. Bilstein dampers and (I think) HR springs. One of the future projects is to get it back to factory height. May look to work a swap down the road.

Don't like the height?
Not particularly. This is a daily driver in addition to being a fun car. I'd prefer to not have to work so hard to protect the front clip. Speed bumps and driveway aprons can be pain. Plus, BMW probably designed the suspension geometry to work pretty well at standard height.
I've got higher priority things to handle, so this can wait unless an opportunity presents itself.

Welcome! Sorry to hear about your E90, that always sucks when it's out of your control (maybe worse when it is your fault? I'm not sure).
That's one good looking ZHP. Hope you stick around, there are a lot of good people here that love to help one another out and just talk cars and other parts of life.

I'll get more pics up going forward. There are lots of mini projects to do on her. Some are in progress, some will have to wait for funding.
