I had just posted a few days ago that I would not be selling this car, and now here I am...posting the car for sale. The only reason I am selling is because I found an extremely good deal on another '04 330i ZHP, and it has a 6sp manual and the Alcantara interior that I wanted...so I can't keep both. It's a shame the one I've spent thousands of dollars on in the last few months making it almost mechanically perfect, and now I get to do it all over again....anyway here are the details.

2004 330i ZHP Sedan Titanium Silver with Gray Leather interior
Automatic Transmission
Xenon Headlights
Heated Seats
Silver Cube Aluminum Trim

I purchased the car in January 2016 from a Lincoln/Ford dealership that had taken it in on trade. I was able to speak to the previous owner of the vehicle. The car was purchased new in Georgia by an engineer. He owned it a few years, and then sold it to his sister who kept it until late 2015 when she traded it on a truck. Her brother had passed away a few years prior, and she had kept the car for as long as she could due to emotional ties, but in the end she needed a truck, so the car had to go.

In the two years prior to it being traded in, she spent around $5000 in maintenance. The car has never been in an accident, and the only paintwork is on the new M Tech 2 bumper that I installed, as the original was terribly scuffed and beyond repair.

Now for the list of items replaced since my purchase in January 2016. It's pretty extensive, as this was to be my primary vehicle and it needed to be reliable. Note that a lot of these items were replaced as a preventive measure, not that they had to be.

-M Tech 2 bumper with new trim and foglights (Aftermarket replica that fits perfectly. You'd never know it wasn't a BMW part)
-Retrofit Source E46 EVOx-R Xenon Projector kit. The light output is superb.
-New Toyo Proxes 4+ tires front and rear. 1500 miles on the set at most.
-Bilstein Touring B4 struts and shocks
-Lemforder Upper Strut Mounts
-BMW front reinforcement plates
-Lemforder FCAB's
-New tie rod assemblies
-New sway bar links
-Lemforder RTAB's
-Lemforder rear shock mounts
-Four Wheel alignment performed by BMW of Mobile after all work was done (I have the printout of the final settings)
-Hepu Water Pump
-Wahler Thermostat
-All new Rein coolant hoses
-Both plastic coolant lines under the manifold were replaced
-New intake manifold gaskets
-New CCV and all associated hoses
-Dipstick O-Ring
-Vacuum Sucking Jet Pump with new F Connector (brake booster vacuum supply)
-New DISA and Throttle Body Gaskets
-Valve Cover Gasket
-VANOS Seal replacement
-New NGK Spark Plugs
-Hella fan clutch
-Windshield washer pump
-New Upper and Lower Intake Boots
-Brand New (not remanufactured) Bosch starter
-Brand New (not remanufactured) Bosch alternator
-New Bosch Fuel Pump assembly
-New Mahle Fuel Filter with new vacuum line
-New Roundel emblems for hood and trunk
-Reupholstered the headliner, A Pillars, C Pillars, and sunroof sunshade. Also repaired the sunshade clips and tabs.
-Recovered the center console armrest
-Differential fluid change

As you can see, I have done a TON of preventive maintenance to this car to make it reliable as possible for the next few years. The radiator and expansion tank were replaced by the previous owner less than 2 years ago, so I left them alone. They had also replaced the control arms around the same time, and since they were fine I didn't replace them either.

So what are the car's negatives or issues?

- There are a few dings here and there, but I have sent pictures to a couple of PDR people and they said they could get them out. For me it's maintenance before cosmetics, so I haven't had a chance to get to them yet. But they can be removed.

- The lower trim on the steering wheel has a number of wear marks.

- All four wheels have curb rash...some worse than others.

- Rear bumper has a few scratches, and the top of the bumper has some clear coat fade in-line with other E46's I've seen at this age.

- Trunk lid has some deep scratches on the horizontal portion right behind the back glass.

- Scratch that has been touched up on the left front fender arch.

- Typical wear on the center console, cupholder area.

- Typical wear on the Alcantara steering wheel

- Typical wear on the drivers seat bolster. No tears, but it is fairly worn. I can provide a pic if requested.

I'll be glad to answer every question asked. My price is $8900. I will not entertain or respond to low-ball offers. You can message me here, or email me at egiles14@gmail.com with more questions.

Also, for me, your last three photos show a restricted sign.

I noticed that, and it should now be fixed. Refresh it to see if you don't mind so I will know for certain.

Thanks!
